Ruby Room offers a free exchange service if you require a different size, colour or style of equal value. Simply explain what you need on
the returns form, and providing the item is returned to us in its original condition, with all tags still attached, a replacement garment
will be sent out.
If you don't wish to exchange your goods, a refund will be granted providing the item or items are returned in
their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please note that this is our online policy only; our store returns policy does differ. Please ensure that the returns form is completed and enclosed in the parcel, as refunds may not be possible without this.
Refunds will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Upon us receiving your returned goods, please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be credited back to our account.
